Cancellation Policy
All askinc course fees include a non-refundable $30 deposit. I understand that if I am unable to attend the course for which I have registered, my registration fee will be refunded (minus the deposit) only if I (a) cancel the registration online through my registered account with askinc, or, (b) notify askinc, in writing, faxed to 1-888-474-1733, at least 7 days prior to the date the course begins.
If I wish to cancel my registration less than 7 days before the date the course starts, I must notify askinc, in writing, faxed to 1-888-474-1733. I will not be reimbursed, but a credit (minus the deposit) will be applied to my account, which can later be used for the next available course in my area. I understand that if I choose not to register at that time, my fee will be forfeited.
